Ajay Rai is an award-winning Creative Producer and founder of In Front Films. He has worked across development, production and finance companies in the UK and has a wealth of international management and leadership experience. As an educator he initiated and directed a London based BFI Film Academy delivered with partners BAFTA and Pinewood Studios. As of 2018 he is a visiting lecturer at the Busan Asian Film School, where he both teaches and continues to mentor emerging producers from all over Asia.
