Global Teaching & Training
BFI Film Academy (Revolver Entertainment) – Initiated and directed the only BFI Academy hosted by a UK distributor, delivered in partnership with Pinewood Studios, BAFTA, and Creative Skillset.
Busan Asian Film School (AFiS) – Professor and mentor for emerging Producers in the region; author of the FLY Film Workbook, published by the Busan Film Commission and used across Asia.
Storytelling & Script Development – Designed and taught a course on dramaturgy for producers: exploring character development and storytelling, equipping producers with tools to take projects forward. Delivered a condensed version of this course as part of Producer LAND for the Storiculture Company in Goa, India.
Communication Strategies – Intensive programme on producer identity, leadership, and entrepreneurial communication, delivered in London, Bangkok and Los Angeles.
SPEED Training (Sky) – Industry‑focused training initiative connecting students with development tools and production workflows.
Filmmaking Workshops – Delivered across the UK and at LA’s Gower Studios, London (RED Camera), and Vienna (Short Filmmaking).
Effat University (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) – Lecturer in the pioneering Cinematic Arts programme, teaching Directing, Marketing & Distribution, Script Writing, Media Writing, and Film Production. Ajay's work at Effat contributed to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 emphasis on media and entertainment, preparing graduates for careers in the region’s rapidly growing film industry.
